Personalized & Customized Items
Important: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once proof approval is given.
The Proof Approval Process
- Design Submission: After placing your order, you'll receive a digital proof of your personalized item
- Review Period: You have the opportunity to review and request changes to the design
- Approval: Once you approve the proof, production begins immediately
- Final Sale: After proof approval, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded
Please review your proof carefully before approval. Check for:
- Correct spelling and punctuation
- Accurate names, dates, or custom text
- Proper design placement and sizing
- Color selections
Non-Personalized Stock Items
For non-customized, stock items purchased from Slate Creek Laser:
Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
Conditions for Returns:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags and labels must be attached
