Personalized & Customized Items

Important: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once proof approval is given.

The Proof Approval Process

  1. Design Submission: After placing your order, you'll receive a digital proof of your personalized item
  2. Review Period: You have the opportunity to review and request changes to the design
  3. Approval: Once you approve the proof, production begins immediately
  4. Final Sale: After proof approval, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded

Please review your proof carefully before approval. Check for:

  • Correct spelling and punctuation
  • Accurate names, dates, or custom text
  • Proper design placement and sizing
  • Color selections

Non-Personalized Stock Items

For non-customized, stock items purchased from Slate Creek Laser:

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

Conditions for Returns:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase required
