Whether you're ordering a single gift or outfitting your entire team with branded merchandise, our process ensures quality results with fast turnaround times. Here's exactly how it works:
1. Choose Your Product -Â Browse our curated collection of premium products designed for laser engraving and UV printing. We specialize in high-quality drinkware including insulated tumblers, water bottles, and travel mugs; custom hats and headwear; handcrafted cutting boards; leather journals and accessories; and thoughtfully designed gift sets.

2. Select Your Customization - We offer two premium customization techniques:
Laser Engraving - Our CO2 laser engraving creates permanent, precise designs etched directly into materials like stainless steel, wood, leather, and glass. Laser engraving offers exceptional detail, won't fade or wear off, and provides a sophisticated, professional finish. Perfect for corporate branding, monograms, logos, and intricate designs.
UV Printing - Our advanced UV direct-to-film (DTF) printing allows full-color designs on a wider range of materials and surfaces. UV printing is ideal for vibrant logos, photographic images, and multi-color artwork. This process delivers stunning color reproduction and durability for products that need to make a bold visual statement.

3. Submit Your Design - Getting your artwork to us is easy. You have several options:
Upload During Checkout - Add your logo, text, or design file directly when placing your order through our online store. We accept common file formats including PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and AI files.
Email Your Design - Prefer to send your artwork separately? Email your design files to us along with your order number and any special instructions.
Work With Our Team - Don't have a design ready? No problem. Our team can help you create custom text layouts, work from rough sketches, recreate logos from low-quality images, or develop completely custom designs. We'll provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins.
For best results, we recommend vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) for logos and high-resolution images (300 DPI minimum) for photographs. But don't worry if you're not sure - we'll work with whatever you have and ensure your final product looks amazing.
4. We Create & Ship - Once we receive your order and approve your design, our production process begins:
Production Timeline - Most custom orders are completed and ready to ship within 5-7 business days. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee - just contact us to discuss your timeline.
Quality Craftsmanship - Every piece is carefully crafted in our Bettendorf, Iowa workshop. We inspect each item to ensure your engraving or printing meets our high standards before packaging.
Flexible Fulfillment - Choose nationwide shipping via USPS or UPS, or save on shipping with free local pickup at our Quad Cities location. We'll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Bulk & Corporate Orders - Larger orders may require additional production time. We'll provide a clear timeline and keep you updated throughout the process. Corporate clients receive dedicated support and can arrange scheduled delivery dates.
